Dr Anna Sheraton (Owner)
B.ClinSc (Osteopathy), M.OstMed
Anna is a passionate and integrative Osteopath, with 10 years of clinical experience, born and raised in a country town in the Northern Rivers. Anna was inspired to follow a career in health care in her early 20’s, studying a Bachelor of Clinical Science and Masters of Osteopathic Medicine at Southern Cross University. Having worked in clinics in northern NSW and Queensland, Anna’s experience also includes looking after patients in aged care facilities, providing assessment and osteopathic treatment to an elderly population with chronic health problems.
Anna is focused and enthusiastic in helping patients obtain optimum health and wellbeing and utilises a range of techniques, including soft tissue therapy, myofascial techniques, manipulation and dry needling. Anna also has a special interest in techniques and practices that help regulate the nervous system and allow the body to achieve its optimal state of healing.
Having a love of physical activity and movement practices, Anna has dedicated the last 7 years to training in Jujitsu, a sport she loves. Anna also regularly attends courses to stay current with new developments and treatment approaches in healthcare. Treating a range of musculoskeletal conditions, Anna enjoys managing patients with acute neck and lower back pain, headaches, chronic pain, work related pain, adverse postural patterns and neurological and radicular pain.
